Ok folks we are into the final days of E3, and SEGA boy here has been trailing the net hard to bring all you wingnuts footage of all Sonic's up and coming titles that have been announced. So to get things started hit the play button at the top to see footage of Sonic 4 Episode 1. For more surprises continue reading on.

The above footage is courtesy of Destrctiod and the original sources can be found here and here. As we can see the game looks as plays just like the original Sonic games that made him such a star. The game is fast and flows by seamlessly and reminds us all why we feel in love with this franchise in the first place. Accordign to Destructoid though, the game is roumoured to going to cost between $10-$15 dollors as well. They had a chat with Sonic The Hedgehog 4 brand manager Ken Baloughs who had this to say when asked about pricing :

"We haven't officially announced a price yet but we definitely have a range in mind," he explained. "Somewhere between, obviously, ten and fifteen dollars. Something around that area."

"It will be priced appropriately for what that content will be," he stated. "Similar for the iPhone, it will be priced appropriately for what [the iPhone customer] would expect to pay."

Sonic Shows His True Colours

Next up on this E3 2010 round-up is a game that taken us all by surprise when SEGA announced it. At game being Sonic Colours exclusively for the Wii and DS. Until now not much was known about the game in terms of gameplay, except that there will be new powers. Now though all has been uncovered by this footage.

As you can see this does seem to take sonic back to the Sonic Adventure 3D style gameplay roots but will also see some very smooth transition to some classic Sonic 2D gameplay similar to Sonic 4. Also just lok to your right for some very nice screenshots.

Kinect + Sonic = Sonic Free riders

Yup I know what is going through people's minds when we seen Kinect at E3, just another gimmick, and that it may be although I’m starting to want it. Well it seems SEGA also want in on the band wagon too, and why not, as they have supported the Wii well. So if you haven't already read my news on Sonic Free Riders then go here.

Are we back? Good then cast you eyes to this awesome gameplay footage yet again from Destructoid, which shows gameplay and how the controls really work. Now don't get me wrong this may not be a game to be played for hours on end, but it does look as it will provide some fun in short bursts.

The Dreamcast Returns…. In Digital Form At Least

Yes we all were over the moon when SEGA announced that Dreamcast titles were to become available via digital download services on the major consoles. The first two being Crazy Taxi and Sonic Adventure of both which I enjoy and still have on my Dreamcast. Well thanks to Gametrailers.com I can point you to gameplay footage of Sonic Adventure, all you need to do is click here.

Is Sonic getting back To His Best??

So there you go SEGA and Sonic fans, the round-up of Sonics E3 appearance is here. Call me a fanboy if you want but i for one think SEGA are finally bringing back the best of Sonic that we all know and love. Even Sonic Colours has taken me by surprise and are especially looking forward to it after seeing the early gameplay. Yes there have been a few Sonic titles that were not very good but you have to admit, it does look like SEGA have listened to there fans.
